At PIKKL, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our paddle products. We are committed to ensuring that you enjoy your paddle to the fullest. To demonstrate our confidence in the durability and performance of our paddles, we offer you this 6-Month Limited Warranty.

 

Manufacturer Warranty ("Warranty") under the following terms and conditions:

 

  1. Warranty Period: This limited warranty is valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of your original purchase of a PIKKL paddle.
  1. Eligibility and Registration: To activate this Warranty, you must register your PIKKL paddle via the form below within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. Failure to register within this timeframe may void the warranty.
  1. Coverage: During the Warranty Period, PIKKL will repair or replace, at our discretion, any PIKKL paddle found to be defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, abuse, or any modifications made to the paddle.
  1. Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your PIKKL paddle within the first ten (10) days from the date of purchase, you may return it, no questions asked, provided that you have the original purchase receipt and registered within fourteen (14) days of purchase. The paddle must be in “like new” condition.
  1. Warranty Claim Process: If you believe your PIKKL paddle is eligible for a warranty claim due to a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer service team at info@pikkl.com to initiate a warranty claim.
b. Provide proof of purchase (original receipt) and the unique registration code (if applicable).
c. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for returning the defective paddle.
d. Once we receive and inspect the returned paddle, we will determine if the issue is covered by the warranty. If it is, we will either repair or replace the paddle, at our discretion.

*Exclusions: This Warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
a. Normal wear and tear.
b. Misuse, abuse, or negligence.
c. Accidents or impact damage.
d. Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the paddle.
  1. Limitations of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, PIKKL's liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective paddle, as determined by PIKKL.
  1. No Implied Warranties: Except for the express warranties stated in this document, PIKKL disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  1. Governing Law: This Warranty is governed by the laws of the state Minnesota and the United States of America and any disputes arising under or in connection with this Warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Minnesota.
